1408 Shipwatch Rd is a completely renovated (fall/winter 2025) one bedroom, one bath villa. Adorned in calming coastal hues, this stunning property has an enviable, central location on the island. Its right across from the newly constructed conference center and Cougar Point Golf Course's brand new clubhouse and restaurant.  Take a short stroll or quick bike ride just across Shipwatch Rd to Boardwalk 6 and you'll be at the ocean's edge in no time!  There are 10 miles of glorious beach to enjoy and you can ride your bike right on the hard packed sand. 

The highlight of the villa is the newly renovated kitchen.  This efficient kitchen makes full use of the space and is fully equipped with new appliances, plenty of counter space for meal prep, floating shelf system, stunning cabinetry.  The bar top allows for dining or a convenient work space.

The spacious living room with high beamed ceilings and a large sliding glass door to let in plenty of light has a Smart TV to stream your favorite services, Wifi is provided as well as a comfortable sofa bed in the living room for kids or extra guests.  

Relax in your private bedroom suite with a king bed and TV.  Enjoy the newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and rain shower plus handheld sprayers.  

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar) you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc.  Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest you will receive:
Access to  Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah.  Free Wireless Internet Access;  Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included.  Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club). If you have the time take a short trip (35-45 Minutes) to Charleston, America's most charming southern city. There you'll find world class dining, shopping and lots of history to explore.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online.  Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
