The coastal home at 39 Salt Cedar Lane delights inside and out, from the award-winning landscape design to the spacious, window-lined interior with details like lovely white trim and arched doorways--and spectacular views of Cinder Creek's serene marshes in the rear. A gracefully modern staircase curves up to a front porch with double entry doors flanked by Frank Lloyd Wright inspired windows. Inside, a generously sized great room with soaring ceilings, surrounded by two-tiered windows on three walls, takes advantage of the inspiring marsh views. There's a gas fireplace to one side and an open dining room to the other. The oak hardwood floors extend into an expansive, functional kitchen with a sunny breakfast nook, windows over the sink, and a glass door leading to a new sunroom with vaulted ceiling. The gas cooktop set into the center island is also new, and double wall ovens, two dishwashers, and an expansive Sub-Zero® refrigerator offer plenty of capacity for family gatherings. Both the sunroom and living room open onto a wide sundeck extending the width of the home. The highlight of the back area (aside from the amazing views of the marsh!) is the beautiful brand new pool and cabana area. The pool can be heated for $195 per day, four day min. Also on the main level a spacious master suite, tucked away in the corner for privacy. Its curved window wall frames views of the marsh, and a row of windows over the soaking tub in the bath offers more tranquil views reflected in a vanity mirror extending the width of the room. His-and-hers sinks, a large walk-in shower, and a wide walk-in closet with window complete the suite. Upstairs are four guest bedrooms with marsh views; one is en suite and enjoys a walk-in closet, while two share a full bath. Located in desirable Falcon Point on a private cul-dec-sac surrounding a pond and marshland on Kiawah's eastern tip, with access to the neighborhood's deep-water pier.

This house was perfect for a great summer getaway with our family. We especially loved the outdoor area and spent many evenings enjoying the beautiful weather and views of the marsh. This house had everything that we needed and more. We definitely recommend!
