Lovely home, 287 Marsh Cove, not previously available on the rental market, in a quiet, secluded neighborhood with plenty of privacy and space, great marsh views too! This home is perfect for a large family or two families to share! It has THREE bedrooms with king beds and private baths and the fourth bedroom has one set of twin bunks and a single twin for the kids to share. All four bathrooms are beautiful and updated with large glass door walk in showers. The spacious master bath of course is exquisite with a large tub as well.
The kitchen is the heart of the home and that's definitely true for this home! The kitchen is spacious with plenty of storage and counter space for preparing the family meals. There is also a bartop for seating and a separate bar area with its own storage and counter space. Dining table seats 6 comfortably with room for 4 more at the bar top just behind.
The comfortable living room has plenty of seating and there is a den/family room area for the teens and kids to hang out, definitely plenty of room in the home to spread out! The home would make a great golfers or tennis player getaway as well, not too far from any of the golf and tennis amenities and a great spot for a girls weekend trip!
The home does come equipped with a small office area if you need to take work with you on vacation and a large laundry room. It also has three separate outdoor areas to enjoy! A large screened in porch to enjoy your morning coffee and prepare for the day, a large deck for sunbathing, and a paved patio with plenty of seating and a gas grill, the perfect spot to unwind after your day on the island and grill up dinner!
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
Town of Kiawah Island Business License RBL19-005825, 10 max occupancy, 2 garage and 3 driveway parking spots, fines issued by Town of $150 and up for additional vehicles and prohibited vehicles, guests are responsible for fines incurred

The house was great and was even better than anticipated! Thanks again.. we would love to rent again maybe next year ... same time frame!
Outstanding holiday stay at our favorite area in the south (Kiawah Island). We have been visiting the island for over 25 years and it never lets us down. The house and property were beautiful, they had the best equipped kitchen we have ever had with a rental property. If I could give 6 stars I would. The only suggestion I could make would be to repair the outdoor grill. Great property.
We have stayed at many different properties on Kiawah and this home was absolutely one of our favorites. The house is gorgeous well stocked with top of the line appliances. The beds and linens are also top of the line - the owners did not skimp on anything . The screened in porch was an absolute favorite. It’s an easy 10 minute bike ride to beach - and it’s a gorgeous one through the alley of oaks ! There is a marsh park with tower right across street as well . We loved our stay here would definitely book again !
