The open kitchen has been fully stocked for the cook - new Calphalon pans, knives, Keurig coffee maker, high powered blender and much more. The dining nook overlooking the tennis courts seats four and and the kitchen is opened up to the living room with bistro stool seating at the island. The large living room has a comfy sectional sofa, large screen TV and Bose sound system. The bathroom features a large tiled walk in shower with seat and a vanity with storage. The large master bedroom with king bed features blackout shades for optimal vacation slumber and a TV for bed time viewing. The screened porch is set up to enjoy the sound of the waves and the evening ocean breeze with a spacious couch, armchair and outdoor TV. No pets and no smoking. There is no sofabed or any additional bedding besides the king master bedroom.
