When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc.  Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.  No smoking and no pets allowed.  No access to resort pools or fitness center.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online.  Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

- **Jaclyn S.**: "We stayed here for a week w family for our yearly group vacation. Of note we have stayed in 10+ other similar price and size homes in Kiawah over the years. The house was new, modern, and very spacious but lacking in a few areas compared to other similar priced homes. Our biggest complaint was the outside area. While it is large, there is not one area that is shaded. This is a huge turn off in the summer weather, making the entire outdoor area almost unusable for lounging. If the owners did not want a covered area, the rental company should provide at least an umbrella or something for use over the outdoor dining/lounging area. Also lacking outdoor shower to use after beach. The overall experience w the rental agency seemed lacking compared to other companies (we typically use Akers Ellis and Sweetgrass). The rental company provided no pool towels (a first for us in the 10+ years of renting a house this caliber), made no effort to accommodate requests for a baby crib /gear (other companies either had them or offered to get them), and while not that important, the house had very low quality and low amount of soap, etc. when you&#x2019;re renting a house of this price, we would expect to have a little better effort from the rental agency to make our stay nice! In positive review - the bedrooms were great size, the overall homesize was great as it had several different sitting areas. The downstairs/basement couch and ping pong table was a nice surprise to have for our kids to use. House was very modern and felt new. While advertised as walkable to beach, it is quite far to walk. 15 minute walk along the main Kiawah highway. We ended up riding bikes daily. Overall while we did like this house we probably wouldn&#x2019;t not rent it again. The lack of shade, having to bring own pool towels and overall experience w the company would push us away from coming back & renting from ESPM." (6/5)
