Conveniently located near the Turtle Point Golf Course and the Roy Barth Tennis Center, this 2 bedroom upstairs villa in Turtle Cove is perfectly positioned for your island activities! Updates include a new kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood floors, custom cabinetry, and quartz counter tops.
The bright open floor plan flows right out to the large private screened porch. Much of your time will be spent on this large porch, which is accessible from the living room, dining area, and master bedroom. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and private bathroom with double vanities and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 double size beds. There is also a sofa pull out in the living room for your guests to be able to spread out! For convenience, the villa includes a full size washer and dryer and WiFi.

We had a great stay at Villa Palma. The updated villa and new furniture were great! It is clean and new and we love the TV system! It’s also convenient to golf, tennis, beach and bike paths. 10 out of 10!
The condo needs to be updated in every way. The unit was clean with a good HVAC system. However, the carpet was old and stained, the ceiling fans made terrible noises, the beds cricked, the living area furniture was from the 80's. The kitchen was functional but had two spoons teaspoon and two tablespoons. There was no glassware, but they did have lots of plastic cups. The location was good for a golfer but a long way to the beach. The back deck overlooks two major island roads and the front other condos. I would not recommend this condo.
We loved our stay. Great location and the property was clean and ready for us upon arrival. ESPM made the whole booking super easy. Would definitely stay here again-
