Out back, multiple covered and open-air living spaces provide endless opportunities to enjoy summer days. There is also a fenced in area in the backyard that is perfect for outside games, it has cornhole and a putting green but you can also rent outdoor games from one of our recommended vendors.
The living room features honey toned hardwood floors, a large fireplace, and a tall tray ceiling. Open to the kitchen and dining room, the space is surrounded by picture windows that drink in abundant natural light and serene woods views. French doors open out to the screened porch and deck beyond.
The screened porch with beadboard ceiling and paddle fan is open to the living room, and offers access outside to the back deck, and serves as a shaded refuge. The expansive back deck provides plenty of open air spaces perfect for enjoying morning coffee, dining al fresco, hosting a cookout, and entertaining family and friends.
Fully equipped with the latest in high end appliances, the bright kitchen was fully renovated in 2023. There is a built in eat-in kitchen dining table just perfect for enjoying a breakfast together before hitting the beach, course, or courts.
The first floor master enjoys hardwood floors, space for a sitting area, large closets, light filled picture windows. The upgraded private bath features custom cabinetry, granite-topped double vanity, and large shower. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms with private baths provide every comfort. There is a washer and dryer available for your use.
No smoking and no pets allowed. The garage access and the Traeger smoker are not available for guest use.
When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
