The use of rich woods in its architectural details is delightfully apparent throughout the house whether in the beadboard lining hallways, wide plank tongue-in-groove walls or wood ceilings, and dark wood framed doors contrasting white molding adorning the ceiling edges.

Opening to the dining room and a living room, the large great room showcases gleaming oak hardwood floors throughout, modern lighting fixtures, a gas fireplace with a limestone surround, glass French doors leading to a wood-accented sunroom, as well as windows the length of the back of the house maximizing residents' enjoyment of the expansive marsh views.

The kitchen is sure to delight any chef, featuring custom cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, modern lighting fixtures, and a breakfast bar. On the third floor, two guest rooms enjoy breathtaking marsh views, with generous en suite bathrooms, one with dual vanities. The "kids'" room features 4 twin beds and the homeowners have graciously included toys, a pack and play crib, bed rails that you can add to a bed, and a baby bathtub to make traveling with every member of the family easy and fun!
