Immaculate new villa, steps to Kiawah's famous beaches

This adorable 2nd floor villa is located in the popular community of Mariners Watch (#4231). This is a great location, its just across the parking area from beach access, right across the street from Night Heron Park (playground, kids activities, nature center, basketball and soccer facilities), and just a few blocks away from The Sanctuary hotel (great restaurants, shopping, and spa!). There is a comfortable eat in, fully equipped kitchen. Just off the cozy living room is the screened in porch, the perfect spot to relax after a day on the beach or golf course. The bedroom has a comfy queen bed, there is not a sofabed but there is both a full and a half bath!

There is no grill available, nor is one allowed, due to Kiawah Island safety regulations imposed upon villas. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but ask that the rules be followed to avoid fines or dismissal from the island.
No smoking and no pets allowed
